Billie M. Castle offers legal services related to estate planning, disability planning, Medicaid, probates, trusts and wills. Her approach with her clients is both personal and professional.
Billie has 12 years of legal experience in Western Colorado and is recognized by the National Elder Law Foundation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and former chairwoman of the CBA Elder Law Committee. In addition, Billie is accredited by the Department of Veteran's Affairs. She has written numerous articles on estate planning, Medicaid and trusts for local and national publications. She is a frequent guest speaker on these topics.
A native of Western Colorado, Billie graduated summa cum laude from Mesa State College with a bachelor’s degree in finance. After completing her undergraduate degree, she graduated magna cum laude from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. She completed law school ranked second academically in her class. While attending Willamette, Billie served on the law review and worked as a clerk for the Marion County District Attorney’s Office.
Carrie West, paralegal, brings 33 years of legal experience to the firm. Carrie has worked with Billie since Billie began practicing law in 1998. Carrie completed the legal assistant program at Mesa State College in December 1986. She became a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants in May 1987 and is authorized to use the designation CP.
Brandy Brun joined the firm in 2007 as a paralegal. Brandy is a native of Western Colorado and brings several years of legal experience to her duties. Brandy graduated summa cum laude from Mesa State College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
